Security System Design
We can design intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV infrastructure. Primary focus on pathways, cabling, mounts, and documentation. We will work with manufacturer partner if specified.
Door are underappreciated, more complex, and key to a successful project! These doors are expensive with long lead times--you have to get them perfect. We know how to encompass building code compliance, security system integration, hardware selection, keying, and maintenance.
STC / RF Door Design & Installation
Plan, test, report and certify STC 45 and 50 rooms in accordance with ASTM E336-24, which is prescribed by the DoD.
STC / Sound Attenuation Field Testing
Support DoD Division 27 (UFGS) testing of OSP, riser, horizontal fiber-optic, category, coaxial, and multi-pair copper. You can outsource it all or we can do any portion: estimating, submittal preparation, test plan preparation, testing, and test report documentation. Support Exfo, Fluke, Viavi among others.
Fiber-optic Testing, Test Plans & Consulting
Outside plant (OSP) maintenance hole-duct system (MHDS), inside plant (ISP), horizontal cabling, telecom room (TR), equipment room (ER), node, etc. All in accordance with TIA standards and as modified by DoD branch standards (e.g. USAISEC, NIWC, etc.).
Base Area Network Design
Many DoD office, conference, and equipment room spaces were not designed to accommodate modern IT equipment and computing density. We can assess your situation and provide reasonable and non-invasive conditioning fixes using modern and efficient variable-refrigerant flow solutions.
Multi-Split HVAC Design & Install
Design and/or install industrial networking supporting stand-alone networks for systems such as fire alarm, mass notification, giant voice, public address, energy monitoring, etc. These networks typically involve DIN rail Ethernet switches and integration with building automation protocols that are often proprietary or based on standards such as Modbus or BACnet.

We can support A/V Integrators with the architectural, mechanical / HVAC, electrical, and low-voltage rough-in design and construction to ensure your thoughtfully integrated A/V installations are surrounded by modern complementary spaces.
Conference Room Conversion or Remodel
The DoD can create interesting RFPs with unusual requirements. We have 25 years of experience at pricing and responding to DoD requirements involving multi-disciplinary efforts and novel integration. Be it a containerized communications facility, ridiculous grounding requirements, or HEMP boundary penetrations, there is a good chance that we've seen it before.
Special Projects
We can design, convert or remodel existing spaces to DoDM 5200 Secure Room requirements. Rooms may be utilized as conference rooms, SIPRnet cafes, operations centers, etc.
